Whitey Morgan

In a career spanning more than 15 years, Morgan has released six studio albums and a live recording from his hometown of Flint, Michigan. Additionally, he has toured relentlessly, averaging over 125 shows annually. Rolling Stone has described him as a “Waylon Jennings acolyte…modern day outlaw [with a] hard hitting blue-collar brand of music,” while NPR hailed, “Staying close to the sound and subject matter of classic outlaw artists like Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard and David Allan Coe, Morgan is poised to lead this hand-worn brand of country to the next generation.”

Since “Hard Times and White Lines,” dubbed by American Songwriter as his “finest set yet,” came out in 2018 , Whitey Morgan has stayed active on the road and has recently begun teasing new music, produced by world renowned producer Shooter Jennings. On May 17th, 2024, Whitey Morgan made his official Opry Debut. With this debut, Morgan not only cemented his place in country music’s pantheon but is also embracing a pivotal moment that signifies his evolution from a hard-touring artist to a recognized torchbearer for outlaw country’s enduring legacy.

Pat Travers

Pat Travers was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. Soon after picking up the guitar at age 12, he saw Jimi Hendrix perform in Ottawa. Travers began playing in bands early in his teens; his first bands were the Music Machine (not to be confused with the Californian psychedelic/garage band of the same name), Red Hot, and Merge, which played in clubs in the Quebec area.

While performing with Merge, he was noticed by rock artist Ronnie Hawkins, who invited Travers to perform with him. In his early twenties Travers moved to London and signed a recording contract with the Polydor label.[2] His self-titled debut album was released in 1976, and featured bassist Peter “Mars” Cowling, who would become a mainstay in Travers’ band for several years.[2] An appearance on the German TV show Rockpalast in November 1976 was later released on DVD under the title Hooked on Music. This performance showcases an early version of Travers’ band featuring Cowling and drummer.

The Lowdown Drifters

The Lowdown Drifters are a hard living, hard loving and hard leaving group of Ft. Worth based musicians blending country, rock and Americana into a sound of their own; the epitome of a rock band with a fiddle problem. With heartfelt and sincere melodies crafted by their accurately named frontman Big John Cannon, the Drifters live show is a high energy experience, highlighting their songs that capture the highs and lows of the human experience. The Drifters have been propelled to over 500,000 monthly listeners and 50 million total streams by their wildly successful album Last Call for Dreamers which has led them to share the stage with artists including Randy Rogers, Koe Wetzel, LeAnn Rimes and Zach Bryan. The Lowdown Drifters look forward to a packed 2024 with several singles currently in production and a full album to follow with Grammy Award nominated producer Wes Sharon (Turnpike Troubadours, American Aquarium, John Fulbright) and Malcolm Springer (Matchbox 20, Collective Soul) as well as a national supporting tour to follow.

Taylor Hunnicutt

Taylor Hunnicutt makes old-school southern music for the modern world. She’s a proud daughter of Alabama, writing songs that nod to the state’s tradition of country story telling, rock’n’roll rebellion, and guitar-driven grit. Sharpened by a touring schedule that’s kept her on the road for roughly 200 days a year, she makes her full-length debut with Alabama Sound —an album that unfolds like a love letter to the American South, written by a road warrior who’s spent most of the decade far away from home.” It’s a little country, a little singer/songwriter, a little Americana, and a lot of soulful southern rock,” says Hunnicutt, an opera-trained vocalist who began writing songs after dropping out of music school, landing a waitressing job at a blues juke joint, and sitting in with the bands that came through town. She’s no longer the guest artist, though — she’s the main act, and Alabama Sound showcases her high-energy, hellraising brand of southern stomp, country-rock twang, and amplified attitude.

Gary says, “Avalanche is a return to my rock roots. It feels great to turn up the volume and have some fun. This album was a therapeutic album for me. I named the album Avalanche because sometimes life feels like one thing after another.

Hoey called on his old friends to help him record, Matt Scurfiled on drums, AJ Pappas on bass, Ian Hoey on guitar, his niece Taylor on background vocals. Hoey can’t wait to hit the road on his Avalanche Tour 2024. “Playing live is the best feeling, I love to travel and see the fans after the show. And having my son Ian playing guitar by my side is a dream come true. We will be playing the new and the old classics “Hocus Pocus”, Low Rider”and more.

Hoey’s first break came in 1987 when Ozzy Osbourne showed up in Boston looking for a guitarist. Osborne liked Hoey’s tape enough to fly him to LA for an audition. Ozzy suggested that Gary move to LA. He took Ozzy’s advice and with $17,000 he saved from teaching Hoey loaded the U-Haul and drove across country to LA. In 1992 Hoey released “Heavy Bones” on Waner Bros. A short lived band.

1993 Hoey released “Animal Instinct” which included a cover of the Focus hit, “Hocus Pocus”. It rocketed into the Billboard Top 5, outpacing all other singles as the most frequently played rock song of the year, it’s no wonder Gary Hoey is listed as one of the top 100 guitarists of all time.

1994 Hoey scored the successful “Endless Summer II” soundtrack and had another radio hit with War’s “Low Rider.” Other film clients have included Walt Disney films, ESPN, New Line Cinema, scoring the music to “California Screaming” (Disney Roller Coaster), “Office Space,” “Deck the Halls” (Danny Devito), and Beethoven III.

In 2012 Hoey produced and co-wrote The Queen Of Metal Lita Ford’s latest release “Living Like Runaway” 2025 will see a new Lita album produced and co-written by Hoey.

Stevie Nicks Illusion

SNI has been referred to as the most authentic sounding tribute to Fleetwood Mac to date! World Class musicianship combined with the chemistry and performance of all five band members is pure magic and all with no tracks! Laurie Richardson captures the essence of Christine McVie in voice, as well as on keyboards. The band showcases the Best of Fleetwood Mac plus specially selected songs from Stevie Nicks’ solo career. Dave Christensen is superb as Mick Fleetwood on drums and style, and Jeff Bennett on bass rounds out the group with his solid rock groove as John McVie! The Young Dubliners

After thirty years as one of the world’s leading Celtic Rock bands, The Young Dubliners have begun work on their tenth studio album (with longtime producer Irish-born Tim Boland) while still maintaining their busy tour schedule. They have returned to the road post-pandemic stronger than ever and determined to bring their fusion of Celtic and rock music to as many people as they can.

The band is Keith Roberts (vocals / guitar), Chas Waltz (Violin, keys, vocals), Justin Pecot (guitar, vocals), Dave Ingraham (drums) and Ethan Jones (bass guitar). With a batch of incredible new songs and an undeniable energy, the band is excited to bring their show to festivals, theaters and clubs around the world.

“We want to be the band who reminds the world how important a good gig can be to our sanity after what we’ve all been through,” says Roberts. For only the second time the band is looking to its fans to finance the album instead of a traditional record company.

“The business has changed so much over our lifetime that it no longer makes sense for us to take money from a label and then owe it all back,” adds Roberts. “Making all our supporters co-producers is a far more rewarding way to make a record and allows us to maintain control all the way”.

The Young Dubliners have released nine albums to date. In recent years, the band has appeared twice on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, had songs featured in TV shows (Sons Of Anarchy, Human Target) and toured extensively as a headliner and as the opener for such a diverse list of artists as Collective Soul, Jethro Tull, Johnny Lang, Los Lobos and Chris Issak.

Although the Young Dubliners sound is most commonly called Celtic Rock, that label can often be misleading. The Irish influence is certainly there, but it’s not the only influence that bursts through on their albums or live shows. After all, several of the band members have no Irish roots of any kind.

“That was always the idea,” Roberts said. “The sound was intended to be a hybrid because we all come from different backgrounds. Even though I am from Ireland, a lot of the music I listened to growing up wasn’t Irish at all, but when I got here, I got homesick and developed a new appreciation for Irish Music. In truth the Celtic riffs can just as easily come from the American band members. Everyone writes now so you never know what you’ll end up with.”

Ass Pocket Whiskey Fellas

San Diego’s Ass Pocket Whiskey Fellas have developed a reputation among local craft breweries, Irish Pubs and at numerous outdoor events for its rousing, crowd-pleasing, eclectic performances. Often incorporating and encouraging crowd participation, with a playlist that runs the gamut from Irish traditional, classic country, bluegrass, and classic rock, drawing a wide range of appeal for all ages.

This eight piece acoustic band was founded in the summer of 2011 by San Diego rock band veterans: Jack Laux, Steve Hoshko, and George Davis, looking to explore the connections between Irish traditional and American roots, and infusing a rock band delivery, while still utilizing all acoustic instruments.

“We have so much fun playing with each other, and our FellaFans have so much fun watching us have fun, that we have fun watching our FellaFans have fun watching us have fun. There’s just a lot of fun flying around at a FellaGig.” – Jack Laux
